What This Disclaimer Covers

This disclaimer applies to every electronic message sent by Actionable Insights (Pty) Ltd (2021/531448/07), including emails, text messages, posts, attachments, or any communication passing through our systems. If there is ever a conflict between this disclaimer and any other notice, this disclaimer will apply.

If You Receive a Message by Mistake

If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately using the contact details in the message or any quick alternative means. After notifying the sender, delete the message permanently. Do not read, copy, forward, store, print, or use its contents in any way.

Confidentiality

All messages are confidential unless clearly stated otherwise. Messages may also be legally privileged. Only the intended recipient may use the information. Do not add the sender’s information to any marketing or communication list without explicit consent.

Personal Information

A message may contain personal information. You must keep such information private, secure, and only use it for the purpose it was shared.

We own the content of our messages unless stated otherwise. This content is protected by copyright and may not be used, copied, or shared without permission.

Legal Status of Electronic Messages

Personal Opinions

Unless clearly stated otherwise, views in a message belong to the sender, not Actionable Insights. Offensive or inappropriate statements fall outside the scope of employment and the sender is personally responsible.

Monitoring and Interception

We may monitor, review, intercept, block, archive, or delete messages sent through our systems. Employees have no expectation of privacy when using company communication systems.

No Automatic Agreements

Nothing in our messages constitutes an offer or binding agreement unless explicitly stated. Team members cannot conclude agreements by email unless confirmed by an authorised representative. Automated replies do not create agreements.

Disputes

Disputes arising from messages will follow negotiation, mediation, then arbitration under AFSA expedited rules in South Africa. Urgent interim court relief remains available.
